(3-Feb-2012) QPS has released a 3D reconstruction of Costa Concordia route, obtained by means of QPS software tools (such as QINSy, Fledermaus), by merging bathymetric data and AIS data over the last few minutes of navigation as the ship grounded at Giglio Island. (23-Jan-2012) Costa Concordia: Ageotec's qualified staff is working with the Fire Department in the operations on Costa cruise ship at Giglio Island. Our Company's involvement aims at providing technical assistance during operations with ROV Perseo, owned by Fire Department divers team operating on site.

(23-Jan-2012) True route of Costa Concordia: QPS engineers have processed, through the Qastor Pilotage Software, the cruise ship's route over the last few minutes of navigation. (19-Jan-2012) Costa Concordia: one of Ageotec's Perseo ROV is currently being employed intensively during rescue operations after the cruise ship grounding near Giglio Island. The vehicle, equipped with a 5-function manipulator, is part of the equipment used by several divers groups belonging to the national Fire Department (SMZT/VVF). (04-Jan-2012) Recovery operations at Maggiore Lake: the ROV Ageotec Perseo proves very useful and effective during the operations of discovery of missing people in water as on the present search for a missing sailor in Maggiore Lake. The Fire Department, with the support of Perseo, already made other recoveries at Maggiore Lake as well as in other nearby lakes.
