Typical instrument for oceanography, high accuracy and resolution; up to 8 internal sensors including fluorometer and optional external probes.
The Ageotec oceanographic multiparametric probe IM has a flexible configuration adaptable to the specific application. The commonly used marine sensors are:
- Temperature
- Depth
- Conductivity
- Dissolved Oxygen
- pH
- Redox
- Chlorophyll “a”
- Turbidity
From these values the following parameters are computed:
- Salinity
- Relative Density
- Sound Velocity
- Dissolved Oxygen in mg/l
A Bottom sensor is suggested whenever measuring in the proximity of the seafloor.
Also available as external sensors are:
- Current Speed and Direction and (Cur)
- P.A.R. (Photosyntetically Active Radiation)
- Quantameter (Qu)
- Others
